Meet Karla Corona
As a passionate lifelong athlete, Karla has always been enchanted with all manners of health. During her years playing collegiate-level basketball, she instantly gravitated toward coaching. So much so that after she retired her jersey, Karla became the first female assistant coach for the men's basketball team at La Sierra University from 2005-2007. After her coaching career, Karla went on to become a personal trainer for 15 years cultivating her specialty of athletic functional fitness.
The lockdown of 2020 allowed for the development of a deeper system of coaching. Applying her years of research and hands-on training, the Corona Method was developed to combine both physical and mental empowerment. Creating a uniquely holistic approach to each of her client's health.
The Corona Method uses over 17 years of experience coaching collegiate teams, high-school athletes, small businesses, and individual clients to unlock their true potential. Now Karla is here to teach you her methods for serious long-term success.
